- Understanding and experience of the platform including LDAP, Mid Servers, Service Portal, Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, SLAs, SSO, Scheduled Jobs, Reporting, Notifications, etc.
- Experience migrating code from lower environments to production
- Experience configuring, upgrading and supporting ServiceNow
- Strong problem solving and data analysis skills.
- ServiceNow experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request, Service Catalog)
- Performance Analytics is a plus.
- Performed integrations with 3rd party tools using web services (REST and SOAP).
- Experience using and following SDLC methodologies with a focus on Agile/Scrum.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Confident and able to multi-task and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Good understanding of ITIL v3 processes.
- ServiceNow certifications would be helpful and applicable professional certifications preferred!
