As a
Software Development Engineer style="box-sizing: inherit;">- Work closely with internal customers to gather requirements and develop robust systems tests run on an automation framework
- Work with Test Plan authors to implement scripts that test modern 3GPP protocols (4G/5G)
- Drive the development process of products from requirements gathering through design, implementation, delivery, documentation, and maintenance.
- Contribute to and enhance software engineering best practices and code reviews within the Automation team as well as internal customers of our test automation products.
- Provide documentation and training for our automation products to internal customers.
- Triage test failures to identify and resolve faults in the automation infrastructure and associated hardware and software tooling.
- BS or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field
- 3+ years of experience automating 3GPP test cases
- 3+ year of experience with 5G or LTE protocols
- Proficient with scripting languages (Python, BASH, or PERL)
- Experience implementing test suites in test frameworks like ansible, puppet, pytest
- MS or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field
- 6+ years of experience automating 3GPP test cases
- 3+ years of experience with Python scripting
