- Defining and executing test cases for validation of applicable acceptance criteria defined by the Product Owner
- Work closely with internal engineering teams to ensure that they are meeting the customers' needs and be a proxy for the customer.
- Report testing progress including pass/fail status and initial issue triage
- Escalate issues to management if problems have a common theme such as poor customer educational materials or a malfunction of a product.
- Provide feedback to management on ways to improve efficiency and customer experience based on experiences with troubleshooting issues.
- Developing automated test cases as needed for reliable test results
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team environment is required
- A background in Computer Science fundamentals (based on a BS in Computer Science or related experience)
- Excellent communicator who is passionate about quality, testability, supportability, extensibility, and simple design
- 10+ years in the technology industry
- Must have extensive hands-on experience testing software such as TestRails across a variety of forms and environments, including PC, mobile, web, cloud, and embedded.
- Experience with GIT, Jenkins, and bash/shell scripting
