- Provide support of lifecycle management, operations, code upgrades, and escalations for voice systems
- Actively work to address outstanding backlog of service tickets assigned to Company’s voice team
- Provide support for two (2) Avaya PBX systems, ACD, Oracle 6 and Oracle 8 SVC's, Genesys IVR, and E911 system
- Provide support for enterprise voice upgrades, including adding 2 new SBC's to provide HA
- Provide support for voice project work, such as NICE project, R8 upgrade, and Intrado 911 implementation
- Provide support for Red Sky for 911 off of Avaya until Intrado is implemented
- Provide support for Company’s Avaya voice systems at both an integration and engineering level
- Provide support of Microsoft Teams tenant at the transport layer
- Provide support of analog endpoints within Company’s environment
- Assist in implementation of Intrado to manage Avaya 911 system
- Assist in creation of architectural as-built diagrams for Company’s existing voice systems
- Provide support for occasional after-hours and weekend work, as mutually agreed upon between Company and Contractor
