This role is part of our Product Content Engineering team which develops and enhances the technical infrastructure used to create written, visual, video, and audio content that helps our customers understand and unlock the power of our products to achieve their business and digital transformation goals. We work closely with our product development, design, and engineering partners to deliver just the right information, in just the right way, to support our customers, creating an exceptional product and customer experience.

Whatyou get to do in this role:

  • You will be a member of an agile scrum team designing, developing, and deploying next-generation content solutions.
  • Build rich, modern web and mobile experiences that are accessible, progressive, and responsive.
  • You will collaborate with product managers and user experience designers to deliver outstanding experiences for our customers.

Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • Minimum 4+ years of software development experience
  • Demonstrable experience in Python, C/C, Ruby, Java, or similar programming languages
  • Fluent in JavaScript libraries such as React, Bootstrap, AngularJS, Node.js, or jQuery
  • Strong knowledge of AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, REST, and associated frameworks
  • Agile/Scrum/Lean development methodology experience
  • Familiarity with source control systems, such as Git or Perforce
