Our client is a highly profitable and growing organization in the Healthcare/medical diagnostics space with a new full time, permanent opportunity for a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Solutions Analyst). This candidate will have a very strong understanding of Salesforce CRM Cloud (Sales, Service, Communities, Field Lightning), order fulfilment and customer experience business processes.

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of Salesforce BSA or solutions experience in the pharma, medical device, diagnostics, clinical or other healthcare related space.

- Gathering business requirements and technical specifications

- Experience with CPQ, customer billing processes

- Bachelor's degree (minimum), Master's Degree (preferred)

The Salary range is up to $120,000 for a fully qualified candidate

This is an office based role with the main office in the San Diego area. There are minimal remote options.
