- Participate in projects to help plan and manage technology application/system changes, liaise between Workplace Productivity, Infrastructure and Application Platforms, Datacenter & Security and Delivery & Support to coordinate implementations.
- Challenge project teams to consider user point of view/impact by asking the appropriate questions.
- Develop communication in respective projects. Create communication for email or social media. Maintain individual communication channels.
- Collaborate with different communicators in IT. Participate and contribute to the future IT communication strategy.
- Create informative documentation for projects. Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the project and documentation requirements.
- Help define new support processes for operations.
- Interface between Human Resources, User Administration and technical teams. Assist with onboarding/offboarding escalations, processes, issues.
- Implement global changes/rollouts/initiatives. Develop and manage schedules, budget and resource capacity plans. Ensure existence of appropriately documented processes and work instructions.
- Design global processes to provide standardization and simplify user experience. Develop processes/reporting/monitoring to assist Delivery & Support teams in providing the best service possible.
- Strive for continuous improvement of the end user experience. Focus on shift left to free up higher level resources to focus on the business needs.
