Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities • Collaborate with stakeholders to g ather , evaluate, and document requirements for upcoming projects • Designing and implementing new user interface elements, as well as manipulat ing existing elements within the product • Create wireframes that meet customer design objectives • Optimize information architecture to promote usability, while accommodating technical needs/constraints • Conduct customer facing meetings in order to acquire asset s, develop to customer standards, and meet internal and external facing deadlines • Provide Conceptual designs for scoping processes and guide customer demands to meet product best practices • Design, build, and maintain reusable JavaScript, HTML and CSS code • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images • Conduct QA/QC sessions on your and interdepartmental work

Requirements

• 2 years of experience with JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5 • Ability to use b rowser testing and debugging tools • In - depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment) • Understanding of design principles • Familiarity with Responsive and Accessible Design • Familiarity with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop and content management systems • An ability to perform well in a fast - paced environment • Excellent analytical and multitasking skills • An openness to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively NICE is committed to provide an environment based on equal opportunity for all qualified applicants and employees.
