This is for someone who is self-sufficient, hard working, and who wants to grow with our company. Right now the position is part-time, but it could lead to full-time with the right person.

We are looking for an experienced full time assistant/procedural manager who will help with day to day operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build upon management skills.

The candidate's responsibilities include making the most of every minute while clocked in. Keeping busy and keeping staff productive at slower times of the day is an expected requirement. Sanitary work environment, food prep, hyper customer service skills, and in depth knowledge of natural medicine/nutrition are all important.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- A minimum of 2 years of juice bar, coffee shop management, restaurant management, or retail management/supervisory experience.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and provide excellent customer service.

- Past experience in inventory control and ordering supplies through vendors.

- Proven and on-going ability to drive sales and control costs.

- Experience in inventory control.

- Experience in coaching, training, and developing other

- Ability to effectively problem solve, using sound judgment.

- Must be able to work 35-40 hours per week (occasional overtime), including weekends and available during our business hours.

- Must have or obtain the Restaurant Manager's Certificate.

- Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead the team in serving customers according to speed of service standards. Plan and execute the deployment of staff to ensure that all team members work effectively together to provide superior customer service. Ensure training of opening and closing responsibilities as a key component of every team member's service role.

- Assist staff in building their expertise of smoothies and prepared foods so that they may accurately answer customer questions and make personal recommendations.

- Ensure customer feedback and concerns are addressed within a timely manner.

- Demonstrate leadership of the store by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and attractiveness of store's interior and exterior.

- Delegate duties to employees and ensure the work is done properly and consistently.

- Act as a role model protecting the store assets and facilities at all times through complying and ensuring compliance with company's policies and procedures for safety, health, security, maintenance, and cash handling. Assist the Store Manager in the maintenance of current and accurate business, legal, and personnel records, when asked.

- Oversee appropriate inventory levels by ensuring the timely placement of orders.

- Manage store promotions. Lead and oversee the training for each promotion and follow-up on the execution throughout the course of the promotion.

- Manage all online orders for pickup and deliveries.

- Communicate essential information in a clear and timely manner, maintaining confidentiality where appropriate.

- Role model teamwork and respect in accordance with company's values. Maintain positive and productive relationships with all team members.

- Manage the training of current and new employees.

- Conduct regular smoothie tastings with team members to create and lead a culture of superior product, knowledge, and service.

- Contribute to the development of team members by providing regular coaching and feedback to build their knowledge and skills. Recognize and respond to performance issues with owner oversight.

- Support the Store Manager with effective succession planning and active recruiting.

- Maintain proper inventory of produce and other supplies.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. We are closed on all major holidays. Please do not apply if you are not able to work this schedule, including weekends.
