We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated Quick Serve General Manager to grow our newest location in Plaza Bonita! We have been welcomed at Plaza Bonita and now Sip Fresh has plans of rapid expansion via corporate stores and franchise alike; growth opportunities within the company will be frequent. Compensation is based on base pay, performance bonus and future equity in the company.
The Manager responsibilities include hiring, developing and overseeing staff, managing food and labor costs and general operations of the local business unit. Leadership and execution of our highest standards of Quality, Service and Consistency are key to your success.

Oversee day-to-day operations
Ensure Sip Fresh culture of high quality products and service are implemented each and every day
Maintain budgets, inventory and manage expenses
Maintain policies and processes
Ensure employees develop professionally
Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
Evaluate and improve operations and store performance
Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
Provide solutions to issues, bring new ideas for continuous improvement
