We are looking to hire expand our Production Team. We process and package food powders and it can be a messy process. The process consists of taking bulk 55lb bags of product and converting them to 1-5lb units. Since we are working with food, food safety is our top priority. We expect all employees to follow our food safety protocol (such as washing hands and wearing gloves, coats, and hair nets
Due to increased customer demand, due to the pandemic, we are launching a PM shift. This shift will likely be 3pm to 11pm Monday through Friday.
Our production team mostly works on packaging powder or granular bulk food products utilizing packaging machinery, as well as producing by hand. We keep a fast pace and typically produce 12,000-15,000 units per day We are very numbers driven and have target production numbers set each day. Our production acts as an assembly line with each team member playing a vital role. We are a tight knit team that likes to have fun and put out high numbers. We have worked very hard to create a positive environment and we hope our employees truly enjoy working here. This position certainly has the potential for growth.
Our production team leads are responsible for leading the production line. They work on training, pace setting, communication with management, and lead by example.
