The Bowl Ramen - Izakaya - Smash Burgers - Craft Beer - Sake is a locally owned and operated restaurant, hiring for a couple more team members. We make all of our own broths in house (30 hour simmer), as well as some sushi, smash burgers, and other izakaya eats. Come join us on one of the best teams in the business!
Line Cooks please have the following qualifications:
At least 2 years line experience in a fast paced environment
Ramen/Asian experience would be great but not necessary
Attention to detail
High standards for the items we/you are serving guests
Open to take instruction and learning our way of doing things
Passionate about food and plating
Please be a team player
Please have reliable transportation
This position could be full or part time for the right person.
Pay is $20+ per hour dependent on experience plus tips
