We are currently seeking a pizza/line cook for
Filippi's Pizza Grotto Kearny Mesa
NIGHT SHIFTS NEEDED! 4PM - 9PM or 10PM
Qualities we are seeking:
Food preparation and proper food handling experience.
Working knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
The ability to follow standardized recipes.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to work in a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be able to keep a clean work area.
Must be professional and take pride in your work.
Must be reliable and on time.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule: Restaurant is often busiest during nights, weekends and holidays
Candidates should have knowledge of how to make and toss dough, how to prepare good pizza sauces following recipes, how to roll out crusts and add ingredients according to recipes. The resulting product should be consistent and delicious.
Minimum 1 year experience for the position applying for.

Full-time and Part-time available
Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
