The Pub at Lake Cuyamaca is looking for enthusiastic and reliable servers to join our team! Located in the heart of the beautiful Cuyamaca Mountains, we offer a scenic and friendly atmosphere where customers come to relax, enjoy great food, and take in stunning lake views.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure an enjoyable dining experience
- Take food and drink orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Have knowledge of the menu, including beer and drink specials
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Keep the dining area clean and organized
- Handle payments and operate the POS system efficiently
- Assist in setting up and breaking down for service, including special events
Requirements:
- Previous serving experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
- A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work weekends and holidays is required
