Server, Host, Counter Service
New Restaurant in North County specializing in Sourdough Pizza seeking experienced and enthusiastic staff for serving, host and counter server positions. Must be flexible and able to fill multiple roles as needed.
Server/Host
Outgoing and willing to be the first contact for all customers and able to translate with enthusiasm what our restaurant is all about and how we can make every customer feel welcomed and attended too.
Experience with Toast POS system is a plus, but not required, ability to answer phones and communicate with customers and process inputs accurately. Professional demeanor with guests and fellow staff must always be maintained.
Prior Experience with managing a cash drawer preferred
Able to multitask and jump into different roles dynamically as needed.
Ability to run food, drinks and bus tables as needed
Bartender
BARTENDER DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Extensive cocktail knowledge of contemporary favorites and classics.
Experience with batching and prepping all juices, syrups, citrus, garnishes and restock as needed daily to maintain consistent service.
Familiar with using Jigger’s for consistent measuring of specialty cocktails and quality control.
Highly detail oriented, cleanly and outgoing with customers.
Experience with Toast POS is a plus but not required
