Water Grill, recognized as the Best Seafood Restaurant in Los Angeles, is one of seven concepts at King’s Seafood Company. The landmark Water Grill brand started in Downtown Los Angeles back in 1989. We now have five locations including Santa Monica, San Diego, South Coast Plaza and Las Vegas! Our newest Water Grill in Denver, CO is under construction as well. King’s Seafood Company has been a family owned restaurant business and Southern California based company since 1945.

The Cook positions are one of the most important positions we have in executing every ticket with consistency, timeliness, recipe adherence, and quality control to ensure that every guest has a memorable meal. As a line cook, you will be executing multiple tickets throughout the shift with focus on preparation, plate presentation, and timeliness.

The oyster bar is the heart of our culinary experience. As the oyster bar cook you will be in the main dining room interacting with guests and preparing raw bar dishes for guests throughout the restaurant. You have the ability to work with seasonal, pristine, fresh product on a daily basis. You will be the ambassador for all seafood and share your knowledge with guests who dine around the oyster bar.

The Prep Cook positions are one of the most important positions we have in the kitchen to ensure recipe adherence, quality control, and overall sanitation. As a prep cook, you will be the partner of the cooks and work closely with the opening managers to set up each shift for success. You will be cross trained in all recipes and work in a fast paced environment.

The Dishwasher is the back bone to our business. They are solely responsible for the circulation of all our tools. They ensure all the dishes, glasses, silverware, and kitchen equipment is clean and ready to use when ever needed. They ultimately support all areas of the restaurant and ensure the flow of our business is not interrupted.
