Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of healthy dishes including salads, sandwiches, grain bowls, and smoothie/açaí creations
Follow recipes and portion guidelines to maintain consistency and quality
Ensure food is fresh, well-prepped, and beautifully presented
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen
Support inventory, prep, and restocking tasks as needed
Work efficiently as part of a friendly, high-energy team
Qualifications:
Experience in a kitchen or deli setting
Knowledge of fresh, whole ingredients and clean prep techniques
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong work ethic
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
