CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST- Part Time: 24hours-ish
We are a busy and fast-paced family chiropractic office looking for a front office/receptionist/CA position to join our team part time (possibility in leading to full time). We have created an office environment that is healing and inviting. Our front office/CA position is an important part of the patients process of healing so we need someone who understands that and wants to be a part of something special. Our office cares for all ages (pediatric, families, individuals). Our patients are part of our family and we must have someone who is willing to join our family too. REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in chiropractic office is a plus
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be Very Intellegent !
- Must be able to Multitask: multiple phone, data entry and patient flow
- Works well independently and within the team
- Scheduling skills
- Friendly, cheerful, hi-energy personality and professional on phone and in person.
- Highly important: you must be willing to connect and be super friendly with patients on a deep level to help in their healing process
- Must be a quick learner
- Computer skills and confidence with Word, Excel, email, etc. (Scheduling software, will train)
- Have confidence asking for payment from patients
EXPECTATIONS:
We expect you to be 100% engaged, work efficiently, and be honest, dedicated, and compassionate. We expect you to work well with our team and be able to communicate.
HOURS:
- Part Time: 24hours (give or take)
- Mon., Wed., & Thursday's 2:00 - 7:00pm, Tuesday's 9-1pm & Fri. 8 - 1pm.
- Some flexibility might be needed for training purposes only.
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
- $12.00 hour starting depending on skills
- Chiropractic care after 90 day review
- Long term position if you are the right person
- Leading to full time (if desired & you are the right person)
