Starting 15+ hours week depending on experience
Seeking a personal assistant for a busy healthcare professional overseeing all aspects of the day to day business. Looking for an enthusiastic right hand man/woman. College degree is preferable, and interest or experienc ei the healthcare industry. You must be EXTREMELY organized, problem solving skills, communication and presentation skills, people skills and financial and business understanding. Opportunity to grow! You must be well versed in all aspects of computer: word/excel/adobe/some editing.as well as social media.
On any given day the assistant could be doing the following:
Organizing bills/paperwork
Attending marketing meetings
Organizing office
Creating correspondence
Creating spreadsheets
Answering phones
Doing errands
Meeting with front desk staff at doctor offices
Promoting business
Getting car washed
Developing advertising/communications
Liason with vendors
Following up on documentation/paperwork
Trouble-shooting basic computer issues
Creating playlists for in-office music
Writing letters
Sending out mailings
Researching advertising platforms (both digital and brick/motor)
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Proven ability to be extremely organized, resourceful, reliable, and accountable
Demonstration of the ability to self-manage, work independently, take initiative and resolve problems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills which are adaptable to diverse people and styles
Comfortable and confident to interact with others
Confident use of a Smart Phone, and computer Mac or PC
Use of software including MS-Word, Excel, Email, and appointment scheduling with iphone or Outlook
Ability to scan & organize files on the computer, and share files (email, Google, Dropbox)
Must have a car with current valid registration, and valid driver's license and insurance
Trustworthiness to be involved in the personal and business affairs of the individual and the company
Ability to pass a background check, or provide documentation of such
Willingness to learn
BENEFICIAL BUT NOT REQUIRED
Quickbooks for entering or downloading expense and bank data
Familiar with electronic payment methods such as bank transfers, Zelle, Venmo, or Paypal
Online scheduling or communication software, such as Google Drive, Dropbox,
