InTouch at Home Care seeks an Experienced Staffing Scheduler/Coordinator for the El Cajon, CA office.
This full-time scheduler position manages all functions of scheduling and staffing to include ensuring schedules are covered with trained personnel, and communicates to clients and caregivers expectations of care. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize daily workload.
The position is located at the InTouch at Home Care office inside our property, La Vida Real Senior Living Community, 11588 Via Rancho San Diego, El Cajon, CA 92019
The office hours for this position are Monday through Friday weekly 8:30am to 5:00pm, hours may vary.
REQUIREMENTS:
In-home care staffing and scheduling experience required.
Maintain computerized care schedules for multiple caregivers and clients.
Schedule in-house clients and private residence clients for care services.
Experience in providing supportive care to senior clientele.
Successful pass on background check with fingerprinting, a physical and a drug test.
Two years' senior care experience in a professional environment.
Exceptional attention to detail.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Demonstrates knowledge and utilization of basic management skills.
Organizes and utilizes time appropriately, sets priorities and accomplishes assigned tasks.
Displays mature behavior in attitude, speech, action, demonstrate consistent pleasant demeanor, tone of voice, supports the philosophy and approach used by the organization.
Is accurate, dependable, neat and thorough in assigned tasks.
Management and supervisory experience, specifically in in-home care.
Highly organized with coordination, and follow through.
Ability to work under pressure and with multiple deadlines.
Ability to work as a collaborative team member in a small office setting.
Valid driver's license with clean DMV record.
