HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
Come work for Kendall Farms, a rapidly growing flower farm located in Fallbrook, CA with a reputation for some of the highest quality products in the floral industry. This part time HR position is a new role to support the employee population and management policies and initiatives. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
Primary Duties include for this position
Recruits, interviews, screens, and orients new employees.
Completes, processes, and maintains necessary new employee paperwork and forms.
Answers day-to-day policy and personnel questions from managers and employees.
Processes Workers Compensation claims and functions as Company liaison.
Conducts exit interviews and processes Unemployment Insurance claims.
Performs data entry for payroll and personnel records maintenance.
Maintains confidential personnel files and personnel actions
Responds to job references and employment verifications
Assists with benefit administration
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES:
Bilingual Spanish / English (spoken and written)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all employee matters
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of basic principles, practices, and procedures of Human Resource administration.
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
We are looking for a candidate with 1-2 year of HR experience who wants to work a part time position with 15-20 hours per week. The position pays $16 per hour. Please reply to jobs@kendall-farms.com
