Looking for a Support Assistant / Human Resources / Sales Support.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AND REFERRALS

Responsibilities include:

1. Send emails to clients

2. Book appointments

3. Recruit for sales talent

4. Text clients for sales reps

5. Book travel arrangements

6. Log expenses

7. Plan appointments and events

8. Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients

9. Create regular reports and update internal databases

10. Coordinate daily calendars of senior managers

11. Manage phone calls and emails

12. Respond promptly to managers queries

13. Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)

14. Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions

15. Review and recommend changes to our company policies

16. Shop for office equipment / snacks / coffee

Process: Documents signed, approval, funding

#1: Client receives $8,000/month starting 1/1/2020 through and including 12/1/2039. We discuss restructuring $2,000/month from that $8,000/month check leaving them with $6,000/month.

Total Amount to restructure: $2,000 240 months = $480,000.

Net present value (NPV: Today's value) = $344,000

#2: Client receives $250,000 on 8/1/2025, $400,000 on 8/1/2030, $500,000 on 8/1/2040

Total Amount to restructure: $1,150,000

Net present value (NPV: Today's value) = $858,000

#3: Client owns 3 policies (very common). NY Life Annuity Policy Paying $1,500/month for life paying out as current payments.

A) American General (AIG) policy paying $4,000/month when the client turns 25 for life.

B) Genworth Annuity policy paying $100k in 2020, $250k in 2023, $500k in 2027, $1M in 2033.

C) NY Life policy paying currently monthly payments of $1,459/month increasing at 3% compounded annually for 40 years guaranteed and for life thereafter.

We discuss restructuring the Genworth or AIG Policy because it does not affect the client's current financial position

Total Amount to restructure: $1,800,000

Net present value (NPV: Today's value) = $1,230,000
