Responsibilities include:
1. Send emails to clients
2. Book appointments
3. Recruit for sales talent
4. Text clients for sales reps
5. Book travel arrangements
6. Log expenses
7. Plan appointments and events
8. Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients
9. Create regular reports and update internal databases
10. Coordinate daily calendars of senior managers
11. Manage phone calls and emails
12. Respond promptly to managers queries
13. Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)
14. Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions
15. Review and recommend changes to our company policies
16. Shop for office equipment / snacks / coffee

B) Genworth Annuity policy paying $100k in 2020, $250k in 2023, $500k in 2027, $1M in 2033.
C) NY Life policy paying currently monthly payments of $1,459/month increasing at 3% compounded annually for 40 years guaranteed and for life thereafter.
We discuss restructuring the Genworth or AIG Policy because it does not affect the client's current financial position
