Job Description
The primary responsibilities of a Rain Gutter Installer at Ace Rain Systems, Inc. is to attach seamless rain gutters to
homes and commercial buildings per the proposal, as well as properly installing down spouts in the designated locations.
Installers are also responsible for yard clean up and, when appropriate, tear down and removal of old/damaged existing
rain gutters. At times gutter cleanings and repairs will be required. A Rain Gutter Installer may be required to drive a
company van or their own vehicle to and from the job site occasionally. All work is to be performed in a professional
manner, taking care to be respectful of property owners, their property, and their belongings. Customer communication, create proposals, and the ability to work independently.
Primary Responsibilities
Install gutter systems on various properties
Inspect sites for damage and hazards
Use power tools to attach gutters and down spouts
Use gutter machine to form and cut gutters
Perform maintenance and repairs when necessary
Ability to create estimates and communicate with clients
Perform gutter cleaning when necessary
Perform yard clean up as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or GED certificate
Rain Gutter Installation experience
Ability to perform work independently
Physical stamina
Comfortable with heights, ladders
Skilled with power and hand tools
A keen eye for detail
Ability to lift and carry 100lbs
Bending and stooping
Ability to work 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. regularly (Hours depend on market demands)
Some overtime and weekends
Clean driving record
Compensation
Pay range $25-32/hour, depending upon experience
Overtime pay
