Handyman/Stucco Tech
Semper Solaris is looking for a motivated Handyman/Stucco Tech to join the team! Skilled Handyman needed for growing Solar Company in San Diego. Ability to work independently, time management skills, strong customer service skills and communication. Ability to perfect your own work and have pride in your finished product. Comfortable with computers, data entry and taking/uploading photos of work.
Responsibilities:
Perform general home repairs and maintenance to include stucco, drywall repair, lath work, texturing, and framing
Perform general finishing work by ensuring work is smooth, color matched (painted), well blended, siding, pristine in appearance, and meeting all homeowner expectations
Provide updates and communicate directly with homeowner
Provide superior customer service to homeowners
Must possess a valid CA Drivers License.
