We are seeking maintenance techs, painters, and people with HVAC experience for apartment complexes throughout San Deigo. Please submit a resume or list of work experience.
Full time, 9am to 6pm, 40 hours per week
Hourly pay ranges from $20-$28 depending on experience.
Maintenance Techs
- Perform maintenance tasks related to apartment turnovers
- Ensure units are in top condition for new tenants
- Address repair requests promptly and efficiently
Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance or related field
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
