We are looking for an optimistic, energetic, self motivated, team player who is computer savvy, can service and maintain PC's, apple, phones, hardware equipment, as well as being versatile to do other physical work: light handywork, change locks, put up picture frames, change light bulbs, etc. Job includes lifting weight, must be available on weekends Friday, Saturday and Sunday’s.
Main functions include:
Make calls
Sign for Open houses
Be available to work weekends
Must have own car
Be Enthusiastic, quick learner, team players, love people
Be proficient with computers
Must have strong communication skills: both verbal and in writing.
Be punctual, responsible and coachable.
Must be willing to take the real estate exam
Must be willing to work in a deadline oriented, highly detailed and fast paced environment.
Social media savvy a plus.
Hard working self motivated individual.
Strong follow up skills a must
Possess outstanding customer service mindset
