We are a fast growing small family owned termite and pest control company seeking a highly motivated energetic field representative technician to fill our new position. We need a technician with a good attitude, willing to follow directions, and good communication skills to service and grow a pest control route. You must have some experience with the pest control industry. A current aplicator’s license or Field Rep. is preferable, but willing to train the right person. Several companies in the industry hire many and fire 75% of their new hires within the first few weeks. We don’t do that. If you’re hired, you will be part of our family and will be encouraged to grow.

We offer competitive pay, commission, and bonuses! Space for growth and an hourly wage of $14.50-$25 depending on experience.

Work truck, gas card, and cell phone provided.

- Your Work Time: 7:45 a.m. to 4:45pm

With 45min Lunch and 15 min Break

- After 180 days, increase on pay based on merit.

- Additional sales commission & bonuses offered.

- We pay you during training.

- Company vehicle, phone, & gas provided.

Your Duties Will Include:

- Applying interior & exterior treatments to residential & commercial properties

- Troubleshooting customers' general pest problems.

- Collecting payments after services rendered.

- Exceeding customer expectations with every interaction.

- We are proud to be a drug free working environment. We do test before hire and randomly.

- MUST pass a state required CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK

- Good driving record required: Provide DMV print out.

You must be able to service customers and possess a great attitude, be cautious with property, have excellent communication skills, good DMV record, and be able to work in attics with no fear of bugs and rodents.
