Prestigious plaintiffs personal injury firm in Mission Valley looking for an entry level attorney to manage our case load with the assistance of support staff.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Gather evidence to formulate strategies for legal action.
Handle depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and motion work.
Prepare pleadings, discovery, demands and responses.
Represent clients at case management conference and other court appearances.
Taking and defending depositions.
Trying cases.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Prior civil litigation experience preferred but not required.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and research and writing skills. Experience in drafting various forms of motions and pleadings.
Excellent negotiation and mediation skills.
