San Diego Elder Law Center is looking for an EXPERIENCED full-time Estate Planning, Trust, or Probate attorney for our growing firm. We are an established and well-regarded boutique firm practicing in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law, with a specialized focus in Elder, Special Needs Law, and incapacity planning. We have a well-organized team approach and strive for excellence and exemplary client service. We believe our core strengths are knowledge, dedication, and kindness.

You have at least three years’ experience in Estate Planning, Trusts, or Probate. We do not expect experience in Elder or Special Needs law and will train the right individual, although said experience is a plus. Salary is commensurate with experience with an excellent benefits package.
