Busy, growing, downtown Family Law firm has an immediate need for a creative, exceptionally detail-oriented, self-starter to personally assist Operations Manager.
The position is ideal for someone who enjoys multi-tasking and working on new projects involving HR, marketing, social media, community relations, and community events.
Operations Assistant must be adept, proficient, highly motivated, can endure immense work pressure and be very dependable.
The responsibilities of an Operations Assistant include:
Assisting Operations Manager with day to day operations.
Assisting receptionists and answering phone calls on a needed basis
Couriering important files
Managing records of company policies and procedures
Coordinating company meetings, events and sessions with other departments
Creating presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets and databases
Preparing reports, problem solving, and thinking on your feet.
Update internal operation procedures document as needed.
Coordinate with Manger to schedule team meetings and to provide follow-ups.
Support the Manager in managing and resolving operational issues.
Work with Manager to provide excellent customer service.
Participate in vendor meetings and distribute minutes of meeting to the operations team.
Store, file and retrieve corporate documents and reports as and when needed.
Manage all office orders on regular basis.
Maintain logs and spreadsheets for all office activities.
Provide support to Operations manager as and when required.
Requirements:
Previous Law Firm Experience
Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate
Reliable transportation
