Location: In-office position in Vista, CA
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
Process work orders, manage customer accounts, and handle inquiries efficiently
Perform accurate data entry (minimum 60 WPM) and maintain records
Utilize Adobe, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for daily tasks
Assist with administrative duties and maintain an organized workflow
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong data entry skills (minimum 60 WPM) with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
