Coastal Development Group is an expanding, fast-paced new development general contractor of high-end SFR’s and multi-family commercial projects. We are looking to add a hard-working, positive, and helpful Office Administrative Assistant to our growing team. The Office Administrative Assistant will support office staff with data entry, electronic and physical filing, communications, and general administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Organize physical and electronic files
Data entry as requested by office staff
Answer phone calls and take messages
Greet and assist office visitors
Schedule and confirm meetings for executive staff
Prepare conference room for meetings
Order office supplies
Implement and help improve company’s standard operating procedures
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years experience as Office Administrative Assistant or related field
Proficient with Mac, Gmail, and Microsoft Office Suites
Experience with Quickbooks preferred
Previous experience in construction office preferred but not required
Pre-employment background check and drug screen

Wages and Hours:
DOE
Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8-5
W-2, Non-Exempt
