A yacht repair small business in Shelter Island, San Diego is looking for a full time Office Administrator. You would be working in a smaller office with two of the owners (they are not in the office 40 hours/week). We have a wonderful crew of mechanics and owners work closely with the employees. There is the ability to grow within the business and be compensated for your growth. The office overlooks the beautiful marina by Humphrey's by the Bay.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30-4
5 Sick Days + Paid Holiday's we are closed
Rapid increase for raises based upon performance
Qualifications:
Experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or relevant role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google
Knowledge and ability to work on Mac's and Apple products
Data Entry: Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable and other accounting entries
Payroll
Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills: computer skills and office systems to make business more efficient
Strong communication skills person to person, phone, email and ability to follow through
