Assists in preparing and processing mortgage loan files and correspondence from application through approval. Communicates with customers, internal staff, title companies, etc. to respond to inquiries, resolve problems and obtain all necessary documentation required for the file. We are seeking a hard-working, detail oriented, people person to fill this role.
Required Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Must be able to perform clerical and statistical work requiring speed and accuracy. Must be comfortable on the phones and be a people person.

Junior Loan Processor duties:
Order payoffs, evidence of insurance and written verification of employment
Drawing Docs
Ordering appraisals
Assisting Loan Processor/Loan Officer with various duties
