The Position Outline Broken Down in the Simplest of Terms:

Work with loan officers, underwriters and third party affiliates to close home loans as quickly as possible (Our processing and underwriting turn times are one of the most important company metrics).

Verify income, assets and other pre-qualification/pre-requisite documentation required from homeowners for the processing and underwriting of their home loan (Much of our job as a mortgage company is simply gathering information and passing it to the next person in the assembly line for review).

Work in a friendly but fast-paced environment with laser-focus and the utmost attention to detail (It is extremely important to be punctual, be precise and be focused because homeowners and loan officers depend on you to expedite their home loan).

Have a high degree of responsibility and held to a high level of accountability (Don't worry, we'll support you and and show you that this is a good thing).

Our systems and our origination process is unlike any other mortgage company and we strive to improve it every day. This is why we are quickly approaching the #1 broker shop in the country, as far as loan volume (Currently in the top 10 of all mortgage brokerages in the U.S.).

Compensation Package Includes:

$18.00 Per hour + Bonus (As much as $400-$500 per month)

Full Health Benefits (Dental and Vision Included)

2 weeks paid vacation after 90 days at the company

Overtime paid at 1.5X and is currently encouraged, but not required
