Looking for full time Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a hard working, honest, self-motivated and multi-skilled person to handle any and all issues that arise in regards to Residential portfolio maintenance. You will handle maintenance for 3-4 buildings for a total count of 75 units
Qualification Requirements:
1. Responsible & dependable
2. Painting
3. Plumbing Maintenance
4. Electrical Maintenance
5. Tools required (Drills, Hand Tools).
6. Drywall installation
7. Should Have Pick up truck
8. Must have 2 years of experience in residential maintenance
