San Diego Recreational Cannabis (SDRC) hiring for RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE/BUDTENDER POSITIONS to join our growing team for both store locations.
RATE $12.50-$15.00
Part-time or Full Time- must be available to work all shifts/weekends/holidays.
REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION
-Must be 21+
-Flexible availability - Must be willing to work varied hours: evenings, days, weekends, and holidays. 6-8 Hour Shifts
-Must have reliable transportation and punctual to work a must
-Experience in customer service/retail and working with POS system
-Must be able to handle cash with 100% accuracy
-Handle Customer transactions & issues in a fast and efficient manner while having superior customer service.
-Able to Multitask in a high paced high-volume retail environment
-This job requires regular physical effort such as bending and standing for extended periods of time.
-Stocking, cleaning and keeping stations organized.
-Positive attitude and team Player
-NO past felonies or criminal record (up to 5 years)
-Professional appearance (Please include current photo with resume)
-Punctual on time to shifts
-Ability to follow dress code
-Hard worker with strong work ethic
-Commonsense necessary able to follow directions and problem solve
- Conveying accurate information effectively and able to communicate clearly in a professional and friendly manner
-Customer service is very important with prior retail/sales experience necessary, cannabis knowledge not required will train the right candidates.
-Attention to Detail is a MUST
