Job Qualification:- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science is required and minimum of 5yrs of Automation work experience.- Demonstrated experience in object oriented software/firmware development and/or scripting, preferred in object oriented Python; C/C/C# on embedded or application level is a plus- Hands-on experience working with lab equipment, networks, interfaces, (e.g. JTAG, OSC, LA)- Advance Linux user- Fundamentals in power and performance architecture, tuning, performance bottleneck analysis, using performance counter monitors- Must possess strong initiative, problem solving/debug skills, communication skills and ability to work within a diverse team environment- Eager to and good at documenting software, good communication skills
Qualification that would be a big plus:- Familiarity with server and client-specific industry benchmarks and their application to measurement and competitive analyses of performance KPI's- Experience in web interfaces, powerBI, SQL databases- strong understanding of power management (DVFS, dynamic clocking and low power states) and power/thermal (Cdyn, leakage, power delivery, thermal margin)- Knowledge of SOC level flows and deep understanding of one or more of the following domains: CPUs, IOs (PCIe), coherency, microcontroller debug, clocking, reset and hardware/firmware is a plus- Hands on expertise in system bring up, complex SoC sightings, root cause isolation and debug methodology and tools (JTAG, OSC/LA, on chip trace)Vacancy expired!
