We are seeking a Research Associate/Scientist to join our growing Product Development team. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize, contribute, and advance the ideal candidate’s laboratory skills.
Responsibilities
Perform immunoassay assays of various types
Analyze, curate, and report data to the project team in a timely manner
Read and apply relevant scientific literature to troubleshoot and solve problems
Contribute to the identification and development of new assays to support target identification and validation
Maintain a high level of productivity in the lab and perform critical experiments
Requirements:
BS or MS with industry experience
Previous lateral flow assay experience is desired but not required. Other molecular and protein assay experiences are also applicable.
Proficiency in basic immunology and molecular biology techniques, with emphasis on RNA isolation, qPCR.
Excellent record keeping and experience in data analysis, graphing, and presentation
Ability to work independently and to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Demonstrated innovation, creativity, and resilience in problem-solving
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Self-motivated team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment
