We are seeking a part time on call security personnel to assist us in our unique company. We are not looking for the average security person. To qualify you must be able to perform a back pack hike of one mile under 15 minutes in moderate terrain. You must also be able to understand satellite imagery for ground verification analysis. Individuals must have clean driving record and driving experience.
The position specifically deals with environmental conservation and fire prevention. So some degree of experience outdoors will be necessary and some familiarity of natural landscapes and basic geography should be understood.
This position will require the qualified individual to drive a 4X4 vehicle, at times a ATV and conduct extensive foot patrols in preserved and protected lands open or not open to public access. As well this qualified individual will need to create detailed digital field notes and combine them with specific data daily. Qualified individuals must possess their own lap top computer with internet connection and have the ability to create and manipulate word documents to be submitted electronically.
In addition the qualified individual will be required to work with our natural resource division assisting with forestry type labor tasks, this is non negotiable.

Qualified individuals will need to have valid BSIS guard certifications including current firearms certification and CPR/AED , EMT AND WFR are highly desirable.
Qualified individuals will also be required to be trained in our operating procedures and methods at the companies expense.
