San Diego based growing Security Company has an opening for a Field Supervisor position.
This is full-time hourly position, 40 hours per week, 6 days/nights per week, combination of every shift during the week, such as day, swing and graveyard shift.
Field Supervisor is assisting General Manager in day-to-day tasks and responsible for implementing Company Policies and instructions by field security staff.
This is on-field position.

Job Mandatory Requirements:
San Diego County Residency (at least 5 years)
25 years or older
Clean driving record with no more than one (1) DMV point
High School, College, (or higher) Diploma
Current California Guard Card (at least 5 years)
Verified Experience in Security Field (at least 5 years)
Verified Experience in Security Supervisory position (at least 1 year)
Fluently Speak, Write and Understand English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter and team motivator personality
Excellent Customer service and peoples skills
Multi-tasking and ability to make decisions under stress
Ability to analyze simple data and meet time deadline at any task
Available to work flexible hours and any shift. Working on weekend is mandatory. Candidates with completely open availability get better consideration.
Knowledge of computer and hand held devices
Comply, support and enforce Drug Free Work Place Policy
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
