MUST HAVE VAILD CA GUARD CARD
- Must have good listening skills
- Good Verbal Communication skills
- Club Experience not a must but preferred
- Must be LGBT friendly
- Mainly Night Work
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe environment for patrons and staff
Check IDs and enforce age restrictions
Monitor entrances and exits
De-escalate conflicts and remove unruly guests when necessary
Communicate with bar staff to prevent or respond to issues
Perform routine security checks inside and outside the venue
Write incident reports when needed
