We are looking for a sales person to join our Farmer's market team. This position includes weekends. We have a fun company culture and we truly care about our members.¨¨We are looking for self-motivated farmers market sales associates. We provide all of the needed materials and a schedule in advance. Your role is to generate and close sales at farmers markets. This position is ideal for those that like to wake up early, enjoy an outdoor work environment, and like physical work. ¨¨This position pays $15.00 per hour + sales commission. We have great opportunity for growth with annual raises upon performance review. Looking for long term employees. ¨¨Job duties:¨¨ Responsible for maintaining and transporting supplies to and from markets¨ Responsible for accurately recording daily inventory and sales information¨ Maintain a clean and presentable sales booth throughout the day¨ Interact with and sell our products to customers in a friendly and professional manner¨ Maintain a positive relationship with workers from other companies at the market¨ Maintain a positive relationship with market manager¨ Communicate well and frequently¨ Provide feedback as needed¨¨Qualifications:¨¨ Must have a valid California driver's license¨ Must have a clean driving record ¨ Must have proof of valid automobile insurance¨ High school diploma¨ Basic math and writing skills¨ Enjoy talking to people¨ Able to stand on concrete for long intervals¨ Able to regularly lift 50-pounds¨ Able to work a flexible schedule¨ Able to work early mornings¨ Weekends and holidays are required¨ Proficient in English¨ Spanish is a plus¨ Previous experience as a sales representative is a plus¨ Smart phone and computer with internet access¨ $15.00per/h + commission¨ Weekly pay using a W2¨ Looking to fill part-time positions¨ Location of Farmers Markets are throughout San Diego ¨
