This position is supporting the integration of the Distributed Experimentation Environment (DE2) and Vanguard Force DevOps Environment (VFDE) - These initiatives are designed to leverage Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) experimentation in developing advanced warfighter architectures and CONOPS to link sensors and weapons platforms in times of critical conflict around the globe. In this role, you will be supporting the VFDE Depot IPT Lead and leading the execution of directed VFDE Depot Test and Evaluation events, to include Computer Rack hardware tracking and configuration, computer software installation and configuration verification and validation, Network configuration verification and validation, Test inspections of installed equipment and software baselines prior to delivery of VFDE systems. Qualifications- Ability to obtain a SECRET Security Clearance
- Ten (10) years or more relevant Systems Test and Evaluation experience within Agile Software Development projects/programs
- Three (3) years or more relevant Technical Leadership experience leading teams and projects
- Expert knowledge of modern Software and Systems Engineering processes, methodologies and tools to include Agile, DevSecOps and Model-Based System Engineering and the ability to tailor and apply these tools to the program's needs.
- Technical and Program Management and leadership experience
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional time management and communication skills
- Excellent writing skills required for preparation of process documentation, deliverables, and other work products
- Self-starter with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced collaborative environment
