The Warehouse Support Technician will assist with day-to-day operations related to the deployment, management, and tracking of computer and network hardware. This role will involve preparing, imaging, tagging, and organizing I.T. related devices, ensuring accurate inventory records, and supporting the deployment of equipment to various locations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with network hardware and warehouse operations.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in IT, networking, or a related field is preferred.
Basic knowledge of network hardware (e.g., routers, switches, access points, firewalls).
Experience with inventory management or warehouse operations.
Familiarity with asset management software, CMDB, or other inventory tracking tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
