Pacific Barcode's label production and converting facility is looking for an entry level Print Production/Technical Support Operator. The Print Production Facility is responsible for the accurate printing of color and black & white labels, tags, cards and signs. In addition to Print Production, this employee will learn label printing equipment and label printing software and will work with customers and staff to install, troubleshoot and repair.

Requirements:
Exemplary Communication and Customer Service Skills.
Requires a high level of Mechanical, Electrical and Computer aptitude.
Competency with standalone and networked computers, and Microsoft Office
Proficient in Excel
Ability to work with others and ability to work independently.
Attention to detail
Able to resolve issues with the ability to translate technology issues into layman terms.
Highly reliable
Ability to learn quickly through coaching and self-directed research and self-study.
Ability to travel to customers if needed with own reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
