Irrigation Technical Representative: DIG Corporation a member of irrigation products located in North County, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Technical Customer Service Team. This is a full time position that requires irrigation work history background, answering large volume of incoming inquiries and providing first level technical assistance on all of our irrigation product lines. This position is the main support group for resolving customer's problems and questions. The ideal candidate must exhibit excellent phone and communication skills and stay updated on technical information for existing new products.
Skills and Qualifications required:
. Experience work history within Irrigations industry preferred
. Excellent communication skill written and verbal
. High School/Secondary Degree Required
. 1-4 years experience within Irrigations preferred.
. General computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
. Clearly communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
