IT for Healthcare company is looking for a Production Support Analyst who will be responsible for troubleshooting production issues reported by Clients. The role will work closely with Technical Analysts, Development and with the Account Management team to ensure that our Clients have everything they need to move forward.
What Youll Be Doing:
Validates client application and system issues, steps to reproduce, identifies source of issue (configuration, data, application), documents findings and triages issue to appropriate technical team for resolution
Supports the Sr. Analyst with the implementation of the Portal platform to new clients
Organizes and coordinates appropriate resources to ensure successful delivery of client commitments
Organizes, leads or participates in regular weekly or monthly status meetings to review and provide updates on known production support issues and initiatives
Other duties and responsibilities as may be requested based on business need.
The Experience Youll Need (Required):
College Degree preferred or equivalent experience
1-2 years in a Production Support role
Strong Communication Skills
SaaS or web application support experience
Basic understanding of SDLC
Strategic thinker, problem solver
Finishing Touches (Preferred):
Healthcare /Health Insurance business experience a plus
Experience with Salesforce and Jira
Project Management experience
Basic knowledge of databases, SQL, XML, EDI/x12 transactions and web development
