We are looking for someone to plan and produce our live shows that we do weekly. We are a sewing machine company that does a live show every Thursday and then a longer format 5 day live show event every quarter.
The job has the following responsibilities:
- Meeting with CEO/Marketing team to plan shows
- Reaching out to guests and coordinating schedules
- Designing graphic overlays for the show
- Choosing product specials, giveaways and promotions to be highlighted
- Running the switchboard during live shows
- Communicating with host during live shows
- Posting live show event to social media platforms
- Scheduling testing with guests before live shows
- Dry run of the show before we go live
- Track revenue and KPIs of the show for progress
- Schedule email/text notifications for the show
- Update our website CMS with live show products each week
- Communicate live show promotions with our sales team
Desired Skills:
- Familiar with Streamyard streaming software
- DSLR cameras and blackmagic switchboards
- Graphic design
- Social Media
- Sewing, Embroidery, Quilting knowledge
- Video editing
- Understanding of various live stream platforms
