Contractor looking for a Flexible Bilingual Handyman to do the following services on existing homes:
a. Stucco Patch.
b. Repair damage wood.
c. Replace damaged wood.
d. Paint exterior walls.
Candidate needs to have basic tools, experience painting exterior of homes and be able to work with other workers without supervision. Must be able to lift 100 lbs and work on tall ladders. Must speak English and Spanish fluently, must have transportation, a Cel phone and legal documents to work on payroll, we do not pay cash.
